Attune
A free sixteen-minute guided meditation, written fresh every morning, voiced, mixed, and live before the sun comes up in Chicago. Two doors, one for heavy days and one for good ones, so it meets you where you actually are.
Where are you right now? Pick a door.
Every morning at 5:00 Central a new session goes up in two versions. Both run sixteen minutes, both are free, and neither one argues with how you feel.
Attune is built on one idea: you can’t get to a better-feeling place by pretending you’re already there. So each session starts wherever you are, reaches for a thought that feels a little better, then a little better than that, one rung at a time, until you’re standing in appreciation. Both versions end in what the app calls the Megadose of Appreciation.
Get to Hopeful
For the days when something feels heavy. It meets you there and climbs one easy step at a time: settle, meet yourself where you are, climb, appreciate, return.
Hopeful & Beyond
For the days you already feel okay and want more. It settles you in, builds appreciation until it takes off on its own, then lands softly in well-being.
It is the opposite bet from The Navigator. The Navigator remembers what you said you’d do and holds you to it. Attune asks for nothing but sixteen minutes and a door. Same studio, same audio pipeline underneath, a very different promise.

How a session gets made
Written, checked, voiced, and mixed before most people are awake.
One scheduled run produces the whole day: two scripts, two recordings, two share pages. A person reviews it; nobody has to make it.
1.Written fresh
Claude writes the middle of each session from a house style we wrote: how it should talk, what it must never say, and a different theme and shape every day. The opening and closing come from a library of hand-written scripts, so no two mornings climb the same way.
2.Checked twice
Every script passes a hard check (no medical claims, no promises, no telling you what to feel), then a second Claude pass edits it for rhythm and voice. Both scripts land in the founder's inbox each morning with a one-click link to pull a recording.
3.Voiced slowly
ElevenLabs reads it one sentence at a time, with a lot of space. In Hopeful & Beyond the voice picks up speed as the appreciation builds, then lets the floor drop out for the landing.
4.Mixed to the second
ffmpeg on Lambda lays the voice over one of twelve music beds, solves the gaps so every session lands at exactly sixteen minutes, normalizes loudness, and publishes the pair with a share page and card for each.
Free to listen. Your email is the whole funnel.
There is no paywall and no account wall. Today's session plays for anyone. An email address unlocks more, and that list is what decides what gets built next.
No passwords
Double opt-in and magic links. Confirm once from your inbox and you're in, on any device, with nothing to remember.
The library
Signing in opens every previous session, favorites, and a pinned session you can come back to when you need it.
Share a morning
Every recording gets its own share page with an inline player and a card image, so a session that helped can be passed along in one tap.
Built with listeners
Replies to any email go straight to a person. That is how the next feature gets picked, on purpose, while the audience is small.
Installable
A progressive web app: add it to the home screen and it opens like a native app, with no store in the way.
Not therapy, not medicine
The app says so on every page. It is a better-feeling thought each morning, on purpose, and nothing more is claimed.

Under the hood
One scheduled run a day. No servers to keep alive.
A single Lambda wakes at 5:00 Central, spends a few minutes writing, voicing, and mixing, and drops the finished files onto a CDN. Everything the listener touches after that is static files and a tiny API.

Two recordings, one script
Both versions come from a single Claude call and share their appreciation section, so the voice lines are cached once and reused. Cheaper, and the two doors always agree on where the day is heading.
A human in the loop, lightly
The morning email carries both scripts and a pull link. Nothing needs approval to go out, but anything can be taken down with one click, from a phone.
Reproducible infrastructure
Buckets, tables, roles, the schedule, and the CDN are all created by one idempotent setup script. The whole product could be stood up again in an afternoon.
